Jesse is a native Texan and proud veteran, having served in the U.S. Army from 1991-1995. He earned his J.D. in 2002 from St. Mary’s University School of Law and his B.A., Cum laude, in 1999 from the University of Texas-San Antonio. He is a licensed practicing attorney in the state of Texas.
